That kind of love is exactly what you will find in the staff at Marshall Pediatric Therapy. The way we love is intentional, patient, and kind. It’s what makes us family to each other and the families we serve. Love is my favorite of our 5 core values, the things that make our team special.
Our staff works with excellence and chooses happiness. The kind of happiness that doesn’t waiver in the midst of challenges. Our team also chooses courage by saying NO to fear of trying new things, or fear of what others may think. They cheer for the children to have courage in the midst of trying to learn new things.
Exemplifying these values on a daily basis helps to build great trust, and helps to create an encouraging culture where one can feel inspired.
