Intensive Therapy
Intensive therapy delivers concentrated physical and occupational therapy over three weeks through daily sessions. This evidence-based approach helps children with developmental delays and neurological conditions achieve meaningful progress faster than traditional weekly therapy.
Schedule an EvaluationWhat is Intensive Therapy?
Intensive therapy provides high-dose therapy in a condensed timeframe. Instead of weekly sessions spread over months, your child receives focused, daily treatment designed to accelerate skill development and functional gains.
How It Works
Over the course of 3 weeks, your child will receive consecutive one-hour sessions with both OT and PT, 5 days per week. Your therapist will utilize a variety of treatment interventions to maximize gains during this three-week time period.

Chloe Isaacs, PT, DPT, CIMI-2
Chloe graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2017 and has been devoted to the world of pediatric physical therapy for over eight years. She joined Marshall Pediatric Therapy in 2017 and has become a familiar and friendly face to so many families since. Chloe is certified in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) through Intro Level C, TASES, TMR-Tots I & II, and Infant Massage, using a blend of evidence-based techniques and creativity to help each child reach their fullest potential.
Chloe loves pediatrics because it allows her to combine her passion for movement and connection—celebrating every small victory and helping children gain confidence through play and purposeful challenge. She’s especially drawn to intensive therapy, where she gets to see meaningful progress unfold in a short time and form strong partnerships with families working toward shared goals.
Outside of the clinic, Chloe enjoys spending time with her husband and six-year-old daughter, finding joy in family adventures and laughter-filled weekends. She’s also a proud dog mom to her yorkiepoo, Dolly—named after her favorite icon, Dolly Parton. True to Dolly’s spirit, Chloe loves all things that glitter and says, “pink is my signature color.”
